This workout is one in forearm sustainment and excellent for training the oblique abdominis.
The process:
1. - Leg extension with forearm sustainment on the parallel equipment. Legs are stretched in the direction of the ground. (Inhale through nose while stretching your legs)
2. - Pulling up knees till 90 degrees or a little bit more, then keep it a little when reaching the top and then return your legs slowly to starting position (Exhale through nose while pulling up your legs)
It’s important to do warm-up before the training and do stretching after.
